Anytime we hear about snow in the Puget Sound area, it’s greeted with a mix of emotions. Some love it, and some hate it.

When we do get snow, most of us experience gridlock on the slippery roads. While it’s best to stay home, there are some tips to keep in mind to stay safe and prepared.
If you must travel in snowy conditions…..
- Always keep your gas tank full
- Keep a safe distance from cars around you
- Always use your seat belt
- Make certain your tires are properly inflated
- Keep an emergency kit in your car, including water and warm blanket
